Question 1
How have you dealt with unresolvable conflict in the past?
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GLG (London, England) in Nov 2016
Interview
I initially had a phone interview with recruiting which was more of a chat, I learned a lot about the role and talked a little about my background. This was followed by an interview with 3 people 7 days later. That was a challenging but quite enjoyable session but I found the role-play exercise quite exciting! I was then invite to a final round interview the following week with some of the senior managers which was daunting but they were great and seemed happy to talk about their experience of GLG. Overall it was a good experience but I was disappointing that I didn't get the role
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GLG in Aug 2018
Interview
The first step is sending CV and Cover Letter online. Afterwards, they invite you to do a video interview. If they like you, they invite you for a phone interview with a recruiter. The recruiter was very pushy and I did not prepare at all so I was not successful. There would have been 2 more rounds of interviews with role plays and case studies before the job offer.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GLG (London, England) in Aug 2018
Interview
A smooth and fast interview process. Started with a pre-recorded video interview, followed up by first round interview with 3 senior employees and finished with a second round interview with 3 members of the management team.
