CV submission (no cover letter was required for me because I attended their event earlier); Phone Interview; In person Interview stage 1 (part 1: personal fit; part 2: simulation of a phone call with a prospective client; part 3: case study where understand of solving cases and their products was sought) and stage 2 (I didn't get through to this stage - personal fit and case study with senior partners)

The phone interview was fairly easy and the recruiter was extremely nice and helpful. The second part of the interview was a bit challenging as they will test your understanding of the company as well as you communication skills and assertiveness. Overall, a useful experience.
