GLG Process Operations Manager interview questions

The interviews were a three stages. First was an initial call the manager to work with the other 2 were with other individuals from the business. Initial interview focused on skills to solve problems being faced by the business. 2nd interview was more technical and third interview was a general discussion to see motivation.
