I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gallagher (Oklahoma City, OK) in Nov 2016
Interview
First a phone interview then in person with a group of people that include your future mentors, operations manager and regional manager. The group interview was in their office in one of the managers rooms. It was very comfortable and not intimidating. They were very friendly and welcoming making the interview easier.
Very professional like. It was a phone call and then second round interviews were in-person with 3 different rounds of interviews. You talked to two current Gallagher brokers in each interview. They then placed you in a division for your sales internship.
I applied online. I interviewed at Gallagher (Greensboro, NC) in Sep 2024
Interview
The person interviewing was very personable, I just didn’t appreciate learning the position had already been filled, making it a bit redundant and a waste of time. I don’t understand if the position had already been filled why I was still allowed to interview in the first place.
The people in this office were incredible and they were very engaging in the interview. They asked lots of questions, but nothing that was impossible to answer. They acted like they wanted people to mesh with the culture they have already built.
