The interview process was really smooth. There were 2 rounds an HR round and another round where I had to talk directly with the manager. Mostly questions regarding my past experience were asked. The manager was really calm. He asked me basic questions nothing difficult.

Very professional like. It was a phone call and then second round interviews were in-person with 3 different rounds of interviews. You talked to two current Gallagher brokers in each interview. They then placed you in a division for your sales internship.

The person interviewing was very personable, I just didn’t appreciate learning the position had already been filled, making it a bit redundant and a waste of time. I don’t understand if the position had already been filled why I was still allowed to interview in the first place.
The people in this office were incredible and they were very engaging in the interview. They asked lots of questions, but nothing that was impossible to answer. They acted like they wanted people to mesh with the culture they have already built.
