Interview
The interview process was brief although very though, and explicative in terms of building expectations and goals, etc. Very informal but informative at the same time; open dialogue on what you might expect and so forth.
Two interviews on zoom. One with store manager of different location, one with district manager. Was told after second interview I would have the job and would call me back with additional details. Never heard from them again.

Interview
Interview process went great, I was told to hear back on their decision within 2-3 days of my final interview. I'm assuming I didn't get it because the company ghosted me.
I submitted my resume on the company website and received a call for an interview several weeks later. I didn't know what I was being interviewed for until I got to the location, which was very unusual. The interview was very generic, with the manager reading off a predetermined set of questions the entire time.
