I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Gap (Winter Park, FL) in Jun 2015
Interview
I was in a group interview. This was my first ever interview so I was really nervous, but the whole process was pretty easy. I got a call from them the same day as the interview offering me the job. The Next step was waiting for my background check to pass. Finally you have to set up a time for your orientation. I was told that when you start you are a seasonal worker for 90 days at $9 an hour; then if they like you, you will become part time at $10 an hour.
Great place to work as a college student. Good discount if you like their clothing. Different shifts such as weekends and even over night.
Pay isn’t all that great but it’s okay for retail.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Gap (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2024
Interview
The interview was interactive, with scenarios presented to assess my problem-solving skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service. They also emphasized the importance of teamwork and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Interview
It was a Fairly easy process, and it was face to face in the back rooms. They understood my schedule and helped worked around it. They asked about myself and what I would do in certain situations.
