Interview
There were 3 parts to the interview
1. Phone interview - AM rang me
Asked me very basic questions e.g why do you want the job
Asked personal questions like my work availability
Organised the date for my group interview
2. Group interview - about 15/20 people
Did a number of tasks alone and in groups
Answered personality based questions which required common sense - no right answer
Group task in which you had to apply yourself
Outfit task - split into groups and given an occasion/scenario and told to pick an outfit
3. 1 on 1 interview - you and the store manager (there was a senior sales associate as well in mine)

Of what percentage were you better than the rest of the candidates you met in your group interview?
Great place to work as a college student. Good discount if you like their clothing. Different shifts such as weekends and even over night.
Pay isn’t all that great but it’s okay for retail.

It was a Fairly easy process, and it was face to face in the back rooms. They understood my schedule and helped worked around it. They asked about myself and what I would do in certain situations.
