Overall it was good, they ask you to do a lot of prep but they are happy to help you. You will get an HR agent, that agent will take care from step one and then the agent will hand over the journey to the ones who will make the real interview. Your first interview will be with like a recruiter from Gartner and they do like a basic check, and then you go with like the real HR. While you do this interview the one with the real HR, they will have someone shadowing the interview and thats normally the one who will interview you in their next stage. Its a bit creepy/rare. The one shadowing will not say a word, however they do mention there will be a person shadowing. The team that interview was kind and helpful. Gartner will want a lot of structure all the time.
