Received a call from HM mid-march for questions regarding research and background; received a follow-up call the day after regarding start day and other administrative issues. Received the offer two days later.

Graduate level research; background in solid state pharmaceutical science; publication history.

Interview
Interview process was not bad, I met with manager of team to talk about interest in work and they asked me questions about research and science, but overall solid. Everyone on the team was very nice and welcoming.
It was two rounds of interviews. One phone one on site. On-site interview is a full day interview, which needs to provide an one hour seminar talk. Phone interview only took 1 hour.
