I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Genentech (Davis, CA) in Jan 2014
Interview
The interview Process was very natural and comfortable, with some situation questions. First question asked why I wanted the particular position. The interview in total was about 30 minutes long with time at the end for questions about the position. A good amount of time was also spent explaining more about the position and who I would be working under.
