I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Genentech in Jan 2016

It was over the phone. 1:1 interview with the department director. I was contacted by an administrator about 2 weeks after submitting my application online. They were looking for someone really experienced. Went through my curriculum vitae and my experiences at my current job. Didn't really get to behavioral/situational questions
