GitLab Senior Frontend Developer interview questions

Extremely long interview process, chaotic and they didn't follow their 'transparent' handbook or process. My process: 1. Hiring Manager 2. take home pull request leaving feedback on small vue.js app 3. Technical Interview (Pair programming on simple vue.js issues, can be easily resolved in 30 mins) 4. After a 2 week wait for feedback, a panel interview with behavioural and technical questions Found out at this point the team I was joining had already filled the position. So therefore: 5. Another hiring manager interview 6 Another behavioural interview with another team 7. Another technical interview with another team To find out they had also already filled this role. No feedback was provided for the process other than "Not quite aligned". Very disrespectful and frankly insulting process for the candidate.
