First I was contacted through mail by a person from Human Resources, to go to the office once they checked my CV. I talked to the HR person and asked me about myself and my goals inside and outside the company, if they were aligned with the company. Once I passed the first interview. after I couple of days I was contacted again to have the second interview, a technical one. I talked to the Designer in charge of the area, after a couple of questions he told me that they'll be in contact in the following days. My third interview was with the PM of the project. It was very straightforward.

The interview process at Globant generally includes several steps such as an initial HR screening, technical interviews, and sometimes a test task. In my case, after submitting and discussing the test task, no one reached out afterward. The only response I received was, “We will get back soon.”
