I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
This was for an audit intern position. I applied through my school's career website and had a first round interview at the office. I was interviewed by a partner. There were a few behavioral questions (about two or three) and plenty of time left for me to ask questions. The interviewer was friendly and the interview was almost like a causal, ice-breaker conversation - nothing very intimidating.

Interview
2 directors asked about general interview questions, including tell me about yourself, strengths and weakness, any prior accounting internship experiences. There were no technical questions which were asked in the interview, mostly behavioral and conversational.
Pretty simple. Just two rounds, back to back (30 min) with two different people in the same department. It was all behavorial questions and mainly just concerning my resume. Overall, they were very nice and it was good experience.
