Two rounds of interviews. Met with Partners, other Directors. discussions circled around current experience, expectations and specific skill sets. It's a small team so personality fit was closely looked at.
Interview process was straightforward and nothing out of the ordinary. Feedback was provided quickly and next steps was coordinated quickly by the recruiter.

Three virtual interviews with peer, subordinate, and senior, followed by in person lunch interview with 3 partners. The virtual interviews were each 30 minutes, with the senior interview being the most difficult.

I met with HR and several partners of the firm. It was a conversational interview, included background and recent accomplishments. No behavioral questions were asked. Partners also shared their experiences both within the firm and other companies .
