Had on-campus interview, then got invited to an office visit/interview. I had two behavioral interviews during my visit. The rest of the day was geared towards why I should choose Grant Thornton.
The first round of interviews was a group interview with four people, followed by an English essay. Neither the interview questions nor the essay topic had anything to do with auditing, and the interview questions seemed to be fixed; some interviewees even knew the questions beforehand. If that's true, I think it's unfair.
