A lot of stages of phone/webex interviews starting with HR and then senior leaders from different locations (Dublin, Foster City).
After that couple, next stage is couple hours on-site interview in Dublin office with four groups of interviewers.
Guidewire has a lot of online materials about the way the work. Big disappointment is when you find out during interviews that in reality they have kind of waterfall approach with formal PMO office and matrix-ed organization and use their own proprietary technology.
During interview you won't be asked any specific questions on frameworks/methods/theories connected with software development life cycle, project management and/or people management, so this knowledge is not needed. I had impression that interviewers didn't have any deeper knowledge on those topics, but this might be only impression since there wasn't much talk about it.
HR is very professional and after interviews they call you and try to provide you feedback.
