took them 2 weeks to schedule a initial HR screening call.
discussed the next round during the HR call, but still took them 2 weeks to get back to you and be finally scheduled a video technical assessment that's 2.5 weeks later.
so after 6+ weeks, you just to get to HR + SQL round without talking to any hiring manager.
And I got the rejection email the next day after the SQL interview, which I thought I killed it in both my answers and my articulation. No feedback was provided.
Absolutely waste of time.

Decently long process only to get a rejection email at 9:30pm. 30 minute phone screen, 60 minute SQL technical, then 4 30 minute one-on-one interviews. Felt like I did well in all of them and then got a late email a week later hearing I wasn’t moving on. Rough look.

It was a fairly easy and straightforward process. However, the recruiter was reluctant to go into details on the format of the interview stages, particularly the onsite. I didn't feel that they were transparent.. maybe they want to hold off until candidates reach onsite. However, after the SQL round, I felt that they interviewed just to interview and they may already have someone in mind. No response after a request for feedback.
