Interview
I applied online as soon as I saw the new store opening at the okemos, MI location. Within a week or so I was called by the district recruiting manager to come in for an interview. The interview was held at a hotel conference room where I was talked to by 3 different people. First step was the paperwork, then I talked to the store manager, and finally the district recruiting manager. All went well and within a few days I got an email from the district recruting manager saying meet him and the store manager at the mall to sign my new hire paperwork.

Interview
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.

Interview
Group interview, asked us questions like what's our hobbies and why do we want to work at H&M. We then had to work in pairs to choose the importance of certain scenarios that we may come across. We then were given a scenario in a group and had to go around the shop and choose an outfit suitable for that scenario. We ended the interview being asked two random questions about the brand or anything in general.
