I Shocked Junior Level Person was taking the interview.
Scenario Based Justification given by me for all answers
Everything went well but they said finally my skills are not matching
Total waste of time I was expecting L2 (More Harder Level by one of Senior)
Pros:
Collaborative and friendly work environment
Opportunities to learn and grow, especially for freshers
Supportive team and approachable management
Flexibility in work schedule and good work-life balance
Exposure to real-time projects and modern tools
Cons:
Limited advancement opportunities in some departments
Processes can be slow at times due to internal dependencies
Compensation may not be at par with industry leaders, but fair for the level
After successfully completing all the interviews and being selected, I was deeply disappointed to never receive the offer letter as promised. This experience has been extremely disheartening. Waste of time and energy.
