The Screening process was, as usual, checking background and asking interest in the company.
After screening HR manager sends a link to the google doc with questions and assigns deadlines.

Interview
Contacted through email, then invited to Skype interview. Skype interview was with recruiter and asked standard questions about my experience and current responsibilities. Explained the job responsibility for the role they were offering and asked about salary expectations. Interview went very well, seemed impressed with my experiences. Explained the selection process and said will get back to me. Sent rejection letter quite surprisingly for some unknown reason.
