I applied online via a job portal and was contacted by a recruiter who liaised with the company directly. After I was shortlisted by the company, an interview at their office was arranged. There, I was brought to a room where the department head herself came in to interview me.
She asked me the standard interview questions and provided plenty of information about the company and job role. She was frank about the changing dynamics and the challenges of the company culture. Her friendly candour made the whole interview a pleasant conversation.
