Firstly We have TR followed by HR.
In TR they keep testing our command on programming 96 were short listed for TR snd HR out of which only 32 were selected .They offer us a paid internship and it's optional .

technical round for 30 minutes asked about technical skills which you mention in your resume after HR round easy only and got offer in a week and cool joining process
