Telephone call from HR lady followed by face-to-face interview with same. Explained needs for prospective employees having to pay for their own DBS check & to pay to add class 1 business cover to car insurance.

Question 1
Went over CV listed experience. Talked about culture of company. Made out that they only take on ‘cream of the crop’ carers. Interview was quite informal & chatty.
Wasn’t really an interview at all, they gave me the job right away which seemed strange. Need to go back for background test and drug test as well as orientation / training.
The interview process was rather standard except for the fact that the interview stopped once they knew my address and told me I had to go somewhere else within the company. None of this was explained in the listing.
Very easy, basic interview questions and just be yourself. They asked tell me about yourself, what are you strengths and weakness and why did you want to work with them
