I applied online and was contacted about a week later to set up a phone screening with a recruiter. The recruiter was very friendly and easy to talk to but asked thorough questions to make sure I was prepared for a sales career at HubSpot. After the initial phone screening, I was asked to interview with a sales manager. The sales manager was great to talk with and asked more general background questions. After this interview, I was invited to come in to HubSpot's Cambridge office for an in person interview. The in person interview process consisted of a quick office tour and three half hour interviews with middle and upper level sales managers. Overall, I felt that everyone was extremely professional, friendly, and conversational.The recruiter I had been working with contacted me the following day to ask me about my interview process and to give me some feedback. I was very impressed with the entire HubSpot process and felt that the whole experience was aimed to help candidates shine.
