The interview process is very good. It was all in a timely matter. My recruiter kept in contact throughout and all feedback was in-depth. I got a good feel for the company and their values and what they expected from me as an individual.

Question 1
They really want to get the sense of who you are and your drive to win. It's not so much one question but how the questions are structured. They want to see your grit and resilience.
Very structured. Recruiter will tell you exactly what the next round is about and what they are looking for.
Interview was extremely structured and seems like interviewer follow script when they ask questions lol
Phone Screen with Recruiter (off-camera)
Interview with Manager (mock disco)
Interview with another Manager (mock solution presentation)
Interview with your Sales Director (pretty easy, be human, we talked about fishing)
The two managers you get can make or break you getting in as some are tougher than others.
