There was an OA that required you to you understand rest API and then there was a phone interview that was behavioural where it was basically STAR questions and then there was a technical interview
I applied online. I interviewed at HubSpot (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2021
Interview
Overall, I was quite pleased with the interview process. The hiring manager was extremely helpful and is on your side! The process is expedited due to the pandemic, it consists of two phases.
1. The take home assessment, which simulates a real world problem, is medium difficulty. Take some data, manipulate it and then post your response.
2. The second phase consists of 4 back to back interviews with engineers across the diff teams at Hubspot. They are a mix of behavioral and technical.
They sent an offer shortly after the last interview and I accepted. Happy for the opportunity.
