Depends on the position applied for. Sometimes the interviews can be one on one sometimes its a panel. The interviews are generally personality based (name a time when you had to ). Common sense and memory of actual job situations can get you through the interview process. Business casual dress is accepted but it doesn't hurt to over do it.

The on camera manager interview was 2 weeks ago and have been essentially ghosted by the recruiter since then. Will not respond to follow up emails. Other than that the process was average.
