Interview
Initial interview is via answering canned questions online. In-person or Zoom interviews can follow, depending on the supervisors. Questions can range from typical, to those more specific for a particular area of the company.
After application was submitted round 1 was an offer to do video responses to questions. Afterwards, round 2 was with the hiring manager via zoom and was with another member of the team.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Humana (Richmond, VA) in Aug 2021
Interview
Very nice recruiters. The process takes a long time though with little updates of what is going on during the wait times. Then suddenly weeks after the interviews you get a rejection via email. It was a very nicely worded rejection though.
