Huntington Learning Centers Interview Questions

I received a call which was brief, no more than 10 minutes. I was asked via email what my phone number was despite it being on the cover letter and resume. I was given basic information about the role, was told that sometimes kids can call off, meaning we don't get paid and the hours are spotty with no guarantees. Was asked to come in and take the ACT which is 80 minutes long for the Reading and Writing portion. This of course is unpaid.

It was a very straightforward interview process. I went to the facility and met with the manager there. I was asked pretty basic questions surrounding tutoring and about myself. I was given a tour of the facility as well.

The interview process was very streamlined and efficient. The interviewer was lovely and engaged in the experiences within the field that I was sharing. She was very interested in my background and how it supported the curriculum I was supporting.

The interviewing process was easy and great! A zoom meeting was set up since it would be conducted online and it was quick and very personalized. We had some ice breakers questions and then went into details

The process was easy. I had to complete 5 modules for training. It took two days for the whole training and then you shadow someone. The shadowing really helps because you get to practice all the skills you learned.

Interview process was straight forward and genuinely seemed to want to know me. Otherwise, they told me after the interview they were interested and got back to me after a couple of days with more details and credentialing.

This was a very easy process. Applied online and heard back about an interview within 2 days. Did the interview and was hired within a week. Did pre-training for 3 days.

In my experience, it was a very professional and thorough interview. The HR representative asked relevant questions, and they requested professional documentation verification. Additionally, they contacted past employers and references.
