I applied for position in Katowice, Poland. It took a while and some pinging for HR to reach out (I applied through one of job offer portals and they seemingly do not check that often). Couple days after around 20 minutes HR screening call, I was invited for technical interview. 4 people were mentioned in invite, however there was total of 6 or 7 people from Hyland at the interview - some of them had cameras on, some had not. They started by saying that one of my certificates didn't check out - they didn't care to read notice on the vertical checking page that ones issued before certain date(as mine is) are not visible in on-line system. There were almost none technical questions - most were around my experience and soft skills. I Haven't learned much about the product and project at the interview despite of asking.
Unfortunately, they've gone quiet and I did not receive any feedback despite asking around month after interview
