I applied online and was contacted by HR 1 week later to set up a phone interview within the next 48 hours. They were very accommodating with the time difference, as I lived abroad. I was originally told the interview would be with 3 team members, but when I called in it was just the manager. The interview lasted about 45 minutes, in which the position was explained and I was asked questions about my qualifications and experience. When we finished, I was told to keep my schedule open for the 2nd round of interviews, which would be held the following week. I was told a day later that I was selected for the 2nd round, and we coordinated a time for the next interview, which would be a "meet the team" video interview with 5-8 people. There was a bit of confusion as the scheduling was handed off to a second HR person who was not aware of my time zone, so the interview was first scheduled for the middle of the night. When I told them this, they apologized and were very accommodating in rescheduling to a better time. The interview went forward and all 8 people were in attendance, which was intimidating for me and I was obviously nervous. Almost everyone had their own questions for me concerning my experience, skills, and work style. I was told that the decision would be made the following week. When I was not contacted for a week and a half, I reached out to the manager who confirmed I was not chosen. He was very nice and encouraged me to keep in contact with the HR person for future opportunities.
