When I applied to ICF I heard back within a couple of days and had received an email asking me to fill out some general questions. After I answered the questions and emailed them, I heard back from a recruiter asking if I could interview on Friday of that same week. A day before I got a call from the recruiter asking me if they could reschedule and she changed the day to Thursday of the following week. A few hours later I got another call and she was asking me to reschedule again for Monday. Then about 30 minutes later she asking to reschedule a few minutes earlier. After this long and tedious process of trying to set up a day and time to interview, I finally interviewed with a manager. The interview was your standard 30 phone minute interview and the manager was friendly. She asked me general questions about my resume and work experience. After the interview was over, I didn't hear back from anyone and I reached out to the recruiter 2 weeks later; she then let me know that the position was already filled. I had essentially wasted about a month with this company.
