Interview
Extremely frustrating process. I applied online and after about a month received an email requesting times when I would be available for a phone interview. My numerous email responses went unanswered. After I reached the HR person by phone a phone interview was scheduled. She didn't call on the scheduled day and later said the interview was scheduled for the following day. The phone interview went well. No unusual questions. I was told I would be contacted to schedule a face to face interview. After over a week I hadn't heard anything and left numerous voice mail messages for the HR person. After 2 weeks she finally called and said they wanted someone with experience. No mention of this was made in the job description. Like I said-extremely frustrating process.
The interview process was generally fine. The interview itself was professional and the appropriate questions for the role were asked. Where the issue arose was after the interview when I was ghosted by the talent acquisition team. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I will avoid applying for jobs here in the future and hope no one else has this same experience.

HR asked the candidate to introduction yourself - explain of the job position and the requirements - HR ask candidate to describe the past experience and explain the reason why do you think you would fit into this position - discuss about the benefit part
