Applied for the job and was reached out to the next day by recruiter. Set up a call, then another call the same day by resourcing to set up manager call, and the manager interview a few days later. Didn’t hear back after manager interview after 3 days so I reached out to the resourcing person and they let me know they went with another candidate. Only about a week and a half from initial reach out to a decision which was nice they didn’t waste my time like other companies. To note I did have someone to refer from the company but I don’t think it mattered in the long run they probably took an internal candidate…
