Applied via LinkedIn, was contacted by HR and an interview was scheduled.
Interview experience was partly disgusting and partly in Russian - they want a person preferably speaking Russian, but they prefer not to hire anyone with visa issues (which would be the case for Russian citizens whom they cannot hire). The thing is that the interview got a very "Sovietic" format - I was asked about my age and other questions, which would have been unethical otherwise. E.g. I learned a lot of new thinks what one in Russia would thought about my nationality, how my name should be spelled "correctly" in Latin alphabet and so on. I.e. if you are from one of the former Soviet Union Republic other than Russia you will be treated like ...
Finally, this position remains open for half a year already, and I think after this interview I definitely know why.
