I didn't pass it because I don't know their IT products or their IT department. They said that I didn't have enough motivation for this job. Actually I think I didn't do enough research beforehand. This was my first job interview;) Preparation is very important.

Ik werd afgewezen na het maken van een online assessment. Uit de resultaten bleek dat mijn persoonlijkheidsprofiel en waarden onvoldoende aansloten bij de bedrijfscultuur, waardoor ik niet als passende match werd beschouwd voor de organisatie of functie.

Ranking maken tussen verschillende positieve kwaliteiten (bijvoorbeeld: teamwork, analyses, leiderschap, etc). Echter zijn zij specifiek op zoek naar bepaalde kwaliteiten, dus je wordt erop afgerekend als je de ranking niet naar wens invult.

Different interviews with HR and Managers over a span of 4 months, including a math and logic test. Also had to do a pschicological test which gave me a report to work on. This report has been used during interview process.
