2 stages, first initial interview easy with Recruiter, then conversation related to domain. Screening with basic questions. Manager interview with many questions related to previous experience in learning and development.

process was disorganized, went on for a period of no communications and then suddenly its on, several re-scheduled interviews..etc. There was no involvement of HR during the process as it was done directly by the manager of the advertised role. However the hiring manager was not in the interview panel nor introduced himself
