Application on their website, followed by an invite for a one way Hireview video. I had applied with this company 4 years ago and when I got that request, 4 years ago, told them I wouldn't be doing that because those videos discriminate against what is considered norms. If you don't look, act, or present as a certain way; you can be eliminated without someone ever having the decency to get to know your work. So they lost out of a PhD holder because until their interview policies become humanistic; I will not feed into their Hireview mentality.
