I did three rounds of interviews. The title was “HR Generalist” when I interviewed and has since been changed to Employee Relations Generalist. I made it to the final round, and was not extended an offer. I think In-N-Out seems like an overall great company, and everyone I spoke with was very nice. For this position, they are looking for people to easily mold and train and not for people who have a lot of HR experience. They are also very “cult” like, in a good and bad way. I think if I had an opportunity to interview in the future, I would! My advice to people in the interview process would be to be yourself, be bubbly, and have fun in your interview.
