Interview
Recruiter firstly reached out and asked me to take an excel exam which I did. The exam included both basic and advanced excel functions like the v-lookup and pivot tables. A week later I was invited for an In-Person Interview. I interviewed with both managers in the department I was applying to, they were both very nice and accommodating. Not very tough questions.
