Nice people outside the Coke Mafia Group

    Cons

If you didn't work at Coke you are not getting a job here.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the Coke Mafia before one of your employees you have left decides to seek legal representation. Seems like the Coke mafia doesn't hire female employees and they give prior employees reasons why they can't apply for jobs that are open that they don't fight because they need their job to pay the bills.

    Pros

Convient location. Headquarters located near major downtown attractions

    Cons

Finance department is headed by a closed off few who are unwilling to communicate. Mid level management is poor due to managers leading based off fear from the top.
If you're in IT you're probably safe.

    Advice to Management

More communications. Stop leading by fear and throwing everyone under the bus
