    I worked at InComm full-time

    Pros

Chaos allows for freedom to get things done without a lot of micromanaging.

    Cons

Very much a feudal system culture. The C level employees never interact with the line workers.

    Advice to Management

Type won’t be making high profits forever. You’ll need to create some goodwill, competitors are coming.

I have been working at InComm (Less than a year)

    Pros

Paid time vacation, acceptable salary, easy job to do if know how to deal with customers and have good customer service skills

    Cons

Bad company culture and poor recognition to miss-leading information employees, no long term stability offered by company, to controlling and always afraid of making mistakes or been watched. If come from military background you will be ok. Easy job to do but could be a pain to deal with some members of managment who like to intimidate reps, to many rules if can find similar pay with better work culture will go for it kind of depressing don’t feel appreciated they should take care of good employees in stead of having so much rotation

    Advice to Management

Show some respect and appreciation to employees and stop been so up-tide and demanding do not intimidatate employees they are humans

I have been working at InComm full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

NOT recommended as a career location. However, if you catch them at a desperate point, you have a better chance at a bigger salary. Make your money and run when you get a chance.

    Cons

Management skills, Business Management (RUDE), parking (you'll walk 20 mins from/to) unless you come in as upper management.

Work/life balance really deserves zero stars; culture/values is department specific

    Advice to Management

Listen to AND address issues voiced by your team. Stop creating unrealistic expectations.

I have been working at InComm full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Portland office employees (for the most part) are pretty cool
    - Snacks/meals
    - Decent coffee

    Cons

    - Benefits package is trash
    - If you're a woman you will not be paid what the men with your title are making
    - Raises are a joke across the board, the only way to get a decent raise is to get "promoted" and then HR will say "we can't go above x% because it is policy" ... as a privately held company, who are you trying to impress? We also know this isn't actually the truth because people have gotten insane raises when they had competing offers or if they were beloved by their director
    - HIGH turn over
    - If certain teams don't like you they will actively sabotage you (like removing you from meeting invites and making sure you never get added back despite repeated requests) and make sure things don't get pushed through, even if it harms them.
    - Very few opportunities to move up and if they do move you up and promote you HR will work out ways to not actually increase your wages per your contract (you will get 1/2 of your pay increase for the rest of the year, and then your full pay increase next year)

    Advice to Management

Finish the "banding initiative" that has been in the works for years and reveal what everyone is being paid. The unfairness in compensation is ridiculous.

Get a better benefits team - its like they actively work to prevent people from getting their benefits. This would make sense with the overall business model, though.
