I have been working at InComm full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great work life balance and room for growth if you are ambitious and hard working. Company continues to grow and expand in the prepaid industry.

    Cons

Company grew too fast and many things went undocumented. Currently trying to catch up and document certain things so that if a person leaves a position it does not cause havoc. Also, certain teams are not held accountable and you need to attempt to coral these teams in to accomplish certain daily issues.

    Pros

Most of the time you're paid correctly. You have a desk and a working computer, albeit, slow and basic. The telephone rings OK.
A job in the meantime while you find your happy place.

    Cons

Everything, but really just the management culture. Truly crabs in a barrel. It's sad to see that the place has potential to be great, but full of downers and neurotic managers.

    Advice to Management

Wipe the slate clean from ALL areas. Let the huge ego move on, set them free. Time for humility.

I have been working at InComm full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible working hours, nice location, interesting industry

    Cons

Consistently making changes on their process without a sound reason, without appropriate planning of changes; as a PM, you will have a lead, a manager, a director, a Sr director, a few VPs, a couple of Sr. VP on the higher levels and EMPO, so you'd better be careful with what have been told and keep a record of everything to save yourself, as there are many conflicts

I have been working at InComm full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great job if you can work independently, built amazing relationships with dealers. As long as you are organized and self motivated you will do well. Great work life balance.

    Cons

No room for growth unless you want to relocate. Salary increases are minimum

I have been working at InComm full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

This WAS a good company, when we had experienced/QUALIFIED management. We have a gym, and bonuses each year (based on performance).

    Cons

Sub-par Team Leads and Sudo Management. Cronyism is utilized in most departments which has lead low moral in the co. as a whole, as well as Extremely HIGH TURNOVER.

    Advice to Management

Please learn to promote your employees based on their work experience, performance, and qualifications, instead of cronyism.
