    Pros

In working at InComm you will gain experience in vast areas of I.T.; multiple products, platforms, O.S., applications, and devices. You will not get bored.

    Cons

High turnover from CTO to Interns. Lack of long term planning. Lack of investing in employees. High stress. Lack of work/life balance.

Management has higher turnover than entry level. So don't settle in. Be nice to your team. Don't pass the buck.

This review is about the Atlanta corporate HQ - not the call centers or the remote locations

    Friendly people
INTELLIGENT people (they really make sure to hire the best)
    Flexibility
    Good pay and benefits
Relaxed Wardrobe (can wear jeans if you'd like)
Fun culture: treat days, games days, etc.
    Downtown Location near everything

    Cons

When Americas Mart is happening the traffic is horrendous. Luckily that's only a few times a year.

I worked at InComm (More than a year)

    Pros

I am sure there are some, none come to mind at the moment.

    Cons

People act as though you are trying to take their job. No guidance. Benefits are average, at best.

    Advice to Management

Does it matter! Success of a company does not mean that your employees are truly happy. In order to be an effective communicator means you might need to shut up sometimes and listen. If someone is not management matterial, don't promote them just because they have been there a long time. You can make them into a manager.
