I worked at InComm full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Decent pay for a starter job, pretty simple and straight to the point job. People call in to register and activate their vanilla cards or review transaction history. Calls are usually back to back.

    Cons

Very very strict company..you can not take your eyes off your computer and talk to your neighbor in between calls. There are cameras everywhere and they are watching 24/7 sobit makes people really uptight.

    Advice to Management

Relax, we are not criminals or prisoners. We work hard for our families so show a little more appreciation for your employees.

I have been working at InComm full-time

    Pros

Pay is relatively competitive. Depending on department, one or two work from home days. Gym in the main office and they will pay for either a parking spot or public transportation.

    Cons

Stay away from here if you can. You have been warned. It is a black hole for talent and there's very good reason no person worth their salt stays. People are "promoted" based on time served or favoritism and not by the quality of their work.

Extremely poor communication. Rash decisions made daily by leadership and management without a care for people's lives. Lower level employees can be okay, but the higher up you go, the worse the people are. Management is literally incapable of taking responsibility for anything and will throw you under the bus any chance they get.

For a "technology" company, the technology is light years behind for employees and causes day to day issues. If you think you're joining a modern day tech company, you will be massively disappointed. At a recent town hall, there was even talk of taking away work from home days and becoming even less flexible. Instead of changing with the times, this company is literally moving backwards.

Leadership is lucky it is a private company because if it were public and shareholders saw the dysfunction, they would be long gone.

If you do choose to work here, document everything starting day one. Be wary of everything you say and do because someone will find a way to use it against you.

    Advice to Management

Just read the news about where all the top talent is going and change your ways or be doomed to futility and mediocrity at best.

    Pros

You can work as little or as much as you want

    Cons

You can work as little or as much as you want - people take advantage of it and projects never get out the door

    Advice to Management

If you want to be a tech company - pay and retain great technical skilled workers. This includes taking down large cubicle alls, - get rid of project sponsors that are from the good ol' boy startup days of InComm and empower the workers to create the change that is needed.

I worked at InComm full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Friendly environment, lots of fun and new tech toys.

    Cons

New tech toys tend to go into production without really being thought out. Management tends to rule out of fear. People tend to get canned for the smallest mistakes.

I worked at InComm full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Location and great working environment.

    Cons

Pay is not competitive for desired talent and experience. They do not want to compensate for long term employment and good job performance. "Good old boy" leadership alienates quality resources. High turn-overs.

    Advice to Management

I am told there have been many changes and leadership turnovers since 2011. I hope leadership now rewards good consistent work, advances exceptional employees and controls turnovers.
