      Pros

Good work life balance most, but not all some roles. Good people to work with, everyone tries to get along Good diversity of people

      Cons

Busy season is Nov through mid January, hard to get a break during this time Higher than average turnover, so very little institutional knowledge

As many have said, leadership is entirely disconnected.

      Pros

You're going to love the people you work with and you might be able to leverage

      Cons

You will be constantly hounded by a directionless but desperately urgent leadership stack that will change from CIO on down every ~18 months like clockwork. They will not listen to you, even as they ask for your direct input. At no point are you likely to see sustained stability in any IT or operations department, nor will you see anything like a sane workload for the numbner of hours you have in a day. Odds are the stress will affect your health and personal life as your boss calls you at home constantly to ask questions you've already answered. Word from leadership is and will always be "there's no budget for headcount" as the private owner of the business regularly takes his 10 figure mega yacht halfway around the world, so you can expect to stay understaffed if you're ever unfortunate enough to lose a teammate.

      Stay Away Unless You're Desperate

      Jun 11, 2021 - Software Engineer(Internship) in Atlanta, GA

      Business Outlook

      Pros

-It is what you make of it. -Flexible enough to try different parts of teams but can be a while before you can transfer. -People you work with can be good. It's a mixed bag. -It is pretty flexible. But that's about it.

      Cons

-Comically low pay lol -Makes you feel like you're in middle school -Creepy guy in charge of internship program who is emotionally manipulative and created this intern-ment-ship camp to take advantage of company referral bonuses when interns graduate for full time. (Referral farm) -Comically low full time offer compared to if you weren't an intern -They haven't even migrated to the cloud yet. Infrastructure is really lacking and you're gonna pull your hair out trying to work with servers running on COBOL. No wonder half the people in the company are bald for some reason. -Unless you desperately need the experience, stay away from this intern-ment-ship

      Good Company Values

Jun 9, 2021 - Inventory Analyst in Bentonville, AR

      Pros

Company has good values and great people

      Cons

Way too many moving parts and team silos to really get into the details of your job. More reactionary then planning. Not much for infrastructure and is more of a wild west approach to get the job done. Lot's of manual processes that could be streamlined with an ERP system or along those lines.

      Pros

      People make coffee for you

      Cons

This place is the worst dont come here unless you want to be disrespected in public .Developer managers act like tyrants . They yell at you in meetings . They are disrespectful to teams they manage .they call scrum useless and force teams to not do scrum protocols . They show favoritism . They protect their Cuban friends even though they are disruptive . They give upper management the impression that they are the best. Upper management in st Pete are equally dismissive of problems at Miami office .Hr department is a joke . It’s all about who had the guts to complain . People don’t complain since they know things won’t change . Salary is a joke . Women employees left due to mistreatment.diversity is non existent . If you are Cuban u get hired .
