InVision Human Services interview questions

I went to an open house out Wexford. I was interviewed the interview went well. Told me I should recieve a response in a week. No response yet going on two weeks. Now mind you this is my 3rd interview with this company within 3 years. Everytime they make it seem like they'll be contacting me soon and never do. I have the experience, the education, all the good stuff, but they never hire me. I'm starting to feel like it's personal. I am done with this company!!!!!!!!Wh

Very easy, no surprises at all, They ask why you want to work there, your philosophy on individuals with intellectual and development disabilities, how much time you've spent with such people. Then elaborates on what the job description is, and what the job entails (sort of), and asks whether you can do what it takes.
