Standard hiring process with an HR screen, team interview, and hiring manager interview The problems came when I was offered the job but told that they had a hiring freeze. The recruiter told me that she would reach out a month later to let me know if I could sign the paper work. The time came and I had to reach out to her, only for her to say that they were still in a freeze. Okay.. A few weeks pass and the recruiter reaches out to me to let me know that the freeze ended. They were negotiating the terms of my contract and to wait for her. I let her know that I had another job offer so she said she would speed them up. Two more weeks pass and nothing from them. So I called the recruiter, and got ghosted. They literally told me I had the job, and then dangled it in my face for months. I wouldn't recommend applying for a higher position here unless you like getting played with. There are better co-working options.
