The interview has 4 phases. Phone screening by HR, then a 1 one 1 with the Local Office director. The next phase is an interview with the Regional Managing Director and then a 5 hour long interview at the head quarters in Chicago.

1st Round - on-site - 2 1:1 discussions
2nd Round - on-site - Scheduled for 5 1/2 hours.
Was told to prepare a presentation.
They took me to lunch.
And 3-4 1:1 conversations + 3 in a group for the presentation.
