Tested for accuracy and speed. Very easy work, spelling and grammar matters. listening skills are important. In some cases you type what you here from customer. Helps to have computer skills for most of their customer base. typing skills would help if at least 40 wpm

There was no interview. Literally. You walk in, sit through an orientation take a drug test, get a background check and then you're hired. Its absurd. That's why they can't keep anyone. They'll hire any idiot that walks in from the street.

Fill in online application. One on one meetings. Take a test on computer similar to what job entails in group setting. Got results and offer in same meeting. Filled in acceptance letter in site. Was scheduled for training soon afterwards. Had to pass test at end of training.
