Interview
You take an online assessment test which is fairly simple. The test results will be based on your accuracy of data entry for various sample clients. The process of receiving calls and listening to "utterances" such as I need to book a room for 2 nights. Then, you may select a radio button for room and type in 2 for the desired stay.

Interview
I applied online. Received an email a couple of weeks after inviting me to an interview. Completed the testing. Passed. Offered a position. Took a drug test. Given date/time to show up for training.

Question 1
This was not a traditional interview. If you passed the test, an offer was extended. The only thing I recall being asked is my time preference. I preferred mornings, they gave evenings. So that should give you some insight as to how they operate.
