Interview
Phone interview asked standard interview questions. immediately called back for face to face. 20 mins in after asking then same questions said they had to reschedule. never did.
They asked me different questions to see what you would do in different situations, actions, and the results of it. Overall pretty typical questions. They are mostly looking for leadership.

Interview
Very well constructed with multiple phases. Encourages you to think outside the box with non-traditional questions. Interview is conducted offsite at a major facility. The REACH Program is a great installment in order to reach future leaders.
