Applied through my university's career center. Interviewed at my university ~5 days after the career fair, and received a job offer later that day. They asked mostly behavioral questions about dealing with conflict and working with others in a group setting.

Fairly easy and accommodating. Felt like they really wanted to get to know me. They were kind after I accepted another offer. There are lots of stages to the interview though. At least 3 I think.
